Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of distribution, import/export and order processing in the region
• Coordinate with different business units, e.g. retail, merchandising, stores and external warehouse, to ensure a proper and efficient logistics arrangement
• Monitor and maintain the stock level and inventory management system
• Drive new initiatives to improve work processes
• Prepare inventory/operations analysis reports
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
   

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the retail industry is preferred
• Good with numbers, precise, well-organized and attentive to details
• Good initiative, outgoing personality and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS office
